Pipa, nestled in chic Formosa Street, has become a destination shop for discerning women of all ages, with hard to find designer clothing, accessories and gifts all tantalisingly displayed.

The shop has become an instant hit and particularly enticing for mothers with children in tow, as a dedicated play area has been created to keep children well occupied whilst grown ups have a little peace to try on some of the sumptuous range of clothing on offer.

Proprietor Bhavna Miglani Boesen, a London College of Fashion graduate and former make up artist and choreographer, has really put her eye for detail into the presentation and atmosphere of her charming store, with tranquil background music, fragranced candles and Bhavna herself available for a coffee and a chat. Bhavna said: "I want the shop to be a treasure trove of everything beautiful you can buy, either for yourself, your children, your home or even your family and friends as gifts."

"I’m really excited to be opening Pipa in Little Venice as I fell in love with the relaxed village feel of the area when I moved here many years ago, and I really wanted to capture that informal character in my shop."

Pipa carries discreet but impressive clothing labels such as Alice + Olivia, Antik Batik, By Malene Birger, American Vintage, Rutzou , Madeleine Thompson, MiH and DayBirger et Michelsen to name a few, as well as Bhavna’s own “Pipa London” range. You get to carry away your shopping in their hand made cotton and silk shopping bags as part of their service. Also available are exquisite hand made jewellery, hand bags and pashminas from hard to find individual designers. Pipa stocks homewares that range from delicious scented candles, through to ceramics from French desiger Astier de Villatte; small pieces of antique furniture; objets d’art and mirrors, imported from India and around the world.
